Welcome to my corner of the digital world. I’m Jessica Arndt, a seeker of balance in an age marked by extremes. With a background in business and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, my path has also led me to study religion, culture, and politics—fields that reveal not just how societies function, but how belief, power, and identity shape us at the deepest levels. My journey has carried me through wokeness, new age spirituality, and the search for truth. What I’ve learned is that the real tension isn’t simply right versus left, but light versus dark—the battle between clarity and confusion, integrity and corruption, connection and division.
This blog was born from that realization. It’s a space where reason, empathy, and understanding take center stage amidst the noise of modern discourse. I write about the forces that influence us—personal, cultural, and spiritual, always with the aim of peeling back labels and asking harder questions. Having navigated youthful extremes and the painful loss (and rebirth) of creative passion, I now write from a place of independence and grounding.
